Candy Cane Gin & Tonic

A festive staple to our Christmas gatherings, this is a simple gin and tonic dressed up for the holiday season with a candy cane, some pomegranate seeds, a dash of cranberry juice and a sprig of mint. Measurements aren't really required for this recipe, but we've put some down for ease of reference. It really can't get any easier than this. Enjoy!

Total Time 5 minutes


  • Ice cubes
  • Gin
  • Tonic Water
  • 1 Pomegranate
  • Cranberry Juice
  • Candy Canes
  • Mint Leaves


  • Fill a tall glass half full with ice cubes.
  • Put in desired amount of gin, 1.5tbsp of cranberry juice, 1 tbsp of pomegranate seeds and fill up rest of glass with tonic water.
  • Stick the candy cane in the glass with the hook round the rim of the glass.
  • Top the drink off with a sprig or 2 - 4 mint leaves. Serve immediately.
