Celery juice is known to be a very nourishing beverage that’s high in natural sodium and micronutrients so get your blenders ready and start blending! Unfortunately, not everyone can stomach the full taste of celery so this recipe includes lime and apple to help make the drink more flavourful and palatable.

Health benefits: Celery juice has been known to help with digestion and reduces bloating!

We love the bright orangey color of this drink! It makes us feel so refreshed! The sweet juices of apple and carrot counter the strong taste of the ginger. Drop in a few ice cubes and we have a light, cool, delicious drink to have on a hot day.

Health benefits: Cleanses the digestive system and provides all the vitamin A and C you need for the day!

4. purple haze

This is another variation of the popular ABC (Apple, Beetroot, Carrot) juice blend. The beetroot causes this drink to give off a gorgeous, purple shade that’s why the nickname for this drink is purple haze! Sea salt can be added to the blend to give it a small savory kick if you prefer! We personally enjoy the slightly different taste profile it gives. It’s a perfect detox drink to start your day if you want to feel refreshed and energetic.

Health benefits: Detoxifies the liver and promotes blood purification in the body.

When life gives you lemons (and apple, spinach, parsley, ginger and cucumber), make detox juice!

Our new mantra for this lockdown period (: Green vegetables are a great juice blend ingredient for people who prefer juices to be less sweet, as fruit causes the sugar content to skyrocket! Not to mention vegetables are chock full of nutrients and health benefits. The mild-tasting spinach is flavoured with the fresh zest of lemon and ginger and the slight sweetness from apples, makes this juice super delicious and nutritious too!

Health Benefits: Spinach is high in iron whilst lemons are full of immunity boosting Vitamin C. These highly alkalizing superfoods are good for helping our body maintain a healthy pH balance, and they are packed with all sorts of nutrients great for our bodies!
