It’s the start of June, and we’re finally exiting the circuit breaker. (Yes!) We hope that you and your family are staying safe and healthy.

We know many of you are getting tired of eating takeaway or cooking and cleaning up, so we’re featuring 10 quick and easy 4-ingredient recipes and one pot meals for easy cooking and less cleanup!  While some recipes include optional ingredients like seasoning to add some flavour to your dishes, you can always opt out, to have a healthier dish!

Let’s start off with an all-round favourite — Mac & Cheese! This cheesy, creamy goodness is the ultimate comfort food for any day, and it’s really easy to make. Even better, cooking up one-pot of this mac & cheese for lunch won’t take you more than 30 minutes!

Salmon is packed with Omega-3 fatty acids that help reduce the risk of heart disease, but did you know that it’s also a great source of lean protein as well? 

Try alternating meats with this buttery baked salmon. It’s incredibly delicious and super easy to make at home! All you need to do is marinate the salmon with soy sauce prior to baking it, glaze it with a mixture of honey and maple syrup while it’s baking and serve! Personally, we love eating baked salmon with steamed white rice, but you can also serve it on spaghetti!

3. teriyaki chicken rice

One-pot meals can help save time in preparing meals for the family, as well as reduces the amount of dishes to wash. And this one-pot Teriyaki Chicken Rice is very beginner-friendly too!

Banana is a good substitute for sugar, eggs and fat. It also holds the ingredients together so that they dont fall apart.
